When Open Disc box pops up, select Open Folder and choose the Blu-ray first-level directory instead of BDMV or CERTIFICATE.

Option 3 Play one m2ts file instead of the Blu-ray folder.
If you don’t have Blu-ray player software, and just want to see the video, you can use regular media player to play a m2ts file. Open BDMV/STREAM, you can see lots of m2ts files. M2TS file is the Blu-ray Disc Audio-Video (BDAV) MPEG-2 Transport Stream (M2TS) container file format, which can be played with ALLPlayer, MPlayer, VLC, PotPlayer and other media players, depending on used compression formats in a M2TS file. Some players will need an appropriate codec, component or plugin installed.
